The weather isn’t the only thing that’s been hot this summer, the fashion has been the hottest of it all! We’ve seen it all this summer and are living for what’s trending!

Bamboo Bags

As you may have heard Europe is usually a few months ahead in fashion so when I was in Greece 2 months ago I saw tons of these Bamboo Bags in all the retail stores (definitely regret not purchasing one) and now they are all over the US. Most people are carrying these as day bags or statement bags but living in California I think they are perfect for a beach or pool bag, for the necessities sunglasses, sunscreen, magazines, etc. 

 

 

 

 

Statement Shoe

Statement shoes, heels, and boots are all over my Pinterest boards and I’m super excited that they are in trend because they complete every outfit! I’ve always loved a statement piece of jewelry, shoes, or a jacket. But I really love statement shoes and I’m not the only one Gucci, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, etc are coming out with some very unique shoes. 

 

 

 

Neon Clothing

The fluorescent clothing just seems to be popping up, every summer for years I’ve seen neon clothing on the racks and the runway. This summer it is popping up again neon swimsuits have been spotted on everyone from Hawaii to Anguilla. Brands like Off White have really been pushing the neons on the runway and we are living for it! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Satin Finish

Mainly satin dresses, but tops, jackets, and even bottoms have been seen everywhere red carpets, runways, and racks. Emily Ratajkowski wore a gorgeous gold satin gown by Saks Potts, Katty Perry wore a green Christopher Kane dress, Anne Hathaway wore a Cliq a Sept baby blue satin pantsuit, and many more celebs have been seen working the satin trend. I don’t know about you but I don’t have the resources for a custom made gown so people like you and I can sport the trend thanks to brands like Revolve, Pretty Little Thing, or Boohoo.
