It’s been very trendy to have a spare bedroom or large space that is turned into a closet! Even if you don’t have a space like this you can still add storage and decor to a walk in closet or a normal closet!
Start out with simply browsing threw your clothes and get rid of any of your things that don’t fit anymore or that isn’t your style anymore. Now it’s time to sort for example you might have a casual area, a vintage inspired, a Europe or more fancy, etc.
If you are doing a closet in a larger space you might need some clothing racks to put your sorted clothing on. If you are doing it in a basic closet you can divide up the sorted clothing by leaving spaces in between, or create some type of a divider.
Now it’s time to add some decor to your closet, such as perfume bottles, framed photos, knick knacks, etc. You can add some string lights such as the clear ball one’s. If your doing a closet space in a larger room you can add a bench!
If you want a makeup area you can use a desk or vanity and add extra drawers to store makeup and hair products.
